Having a SIXPAD in our lives!

Are you doing some exercises recently?

Since I started working, I have been lazy then everybody is asking me “Did you gain weight?” To be honest, it made me shocked. I know the reason though, I’m drinking lots of milk teas that’s why. This is not good! I have to do something!
I’m not that kind of guy who only get depressed.

I’m going to Romania, so I talked with my wife how I can do working out constantly then I bought a 『SIXPAD』. We tried it at a home electrical store and we chose “Abs fit” which helps to develop our abs💪

Lots of people know about SIXPAD is developed based on EMS theory..I’m sorry I don’t know anything about science…😂

Long story short, you just wear this and you can work out easily. It’s well known about a company is using a famous soccer player Cristiano Ronald on this product’s commercial.

I’ve been using this one for a month, this is great! It’s like “SIXPAD is awesome!!!!” My abs become getting a six pack slowly. I thought I should show a picture but nobody will be happy that seeing my abs. lol

I need to use it until I will get a perfect abs like a curry roux.
