Shiotan, Shiotan sometimes Shiotan!

What is your favourite food?

I love eating beef tongue with salt that is called “Shiotan” in Japan. 
My dad (look like Nishikawa Kiyoshi who is a Japanese famous comedian) asked me what I would to eat before I’m going to Romania, so I insisted then I accepted his kind offer. I requested Japanese BBQ which I can eat my favourite one!

We went to the restaurant which is well known in Sakai-city,『Note』.

I’ve been to lots of different Japanese BBQ restaurants and tried to eat Shiotan but my favourtie would be this restaurant one personally.

If you have any recommendation for restaurants that serve great Shiotan, please let me know😋

I was frustrated that I couldn’t go there because 『Note』 was closed temporarily. The reason was renovation however it is finally opened. 
They changed their name as 『Beefers』.
 I ‘ve never heard that name but is that new series of Note?

Everybody ordered that Harami, Tontorno and Horumon etc..I just ate only Shiotan, you can see from the picture how it looks great!

We ordered five servings of shiotan (Of course we shared) and three servings of rice, a big serving of rice on my bowl.  It is not like a normal portion, like how they serve on a Japanese manga as you can imagine. Lol

It was a great diner, I was satisfied the meal😊

I could charge my energy so I think I will be fine without Shiotan.

Finally I am going to Romania tomorrow!
I’m excited and I’m not sure I can sleep tonight. Lol
